RoJSALE owns all rights to the platform's, Name, Logo, content, and you are prohibited from modifying, copying or creating derivative work from it.
RoJSALE does not approve certain items including illegal software such as pirated software to remove phones, stock securities, and vehicles with unregistered CNG installations. Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Inconsistent information will be removed immediately, as per the 2021 amended rules.
Fake ads and products cannot be sold according to IPC Act 2019. According to the Act 1959, illegal weapons cannot be sold or advertised.
Actions that are not permitted on the platform, including receiving money or other consideration from another person to use the platform , are prohibited.
Use secure payment methods for any transactions.
The user is solely responsible for any third party transactions. Choose public places for transactions.
Any claims will be resolved by negotiation between RoJSALE and the User. If this does not happen, an arbitrator will resolve the dispute.
Users who repeatedly post content that violates the Terms may have their access to the platform blocked or their accounts terminated.
RoJSALE reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time.
RoJSALE may remove content or terminate user access for any reason or no reason at its sole discretion.
